1. What Is Fittales’s Return & Exchange Policy?

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered. Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions listed below. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange. 

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

✔ Unworn and unused
✔ In original packaging, including all tags and hygiene seals
✔ No stains, damage, or odors
✔ Not a customized/personalized item

Items returned in poor condition or not meeting these criteria may be refused.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate the process, simply:

Step 1 — Contact Us

Email our customer support team at service@fittales.com:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return or exchange

  • The reason for the request

Step 2 — Prepare Your Return

After receiving approval:

  • Repack the item securely in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation

Step 3 — Inspection & Notification

Once we receive your return:

  • Our team will inspect the item

  • You will be notified via email regarding approval status

4. Refunds

If your return is approved: Your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider. 

Note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

 

 5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color:

  • Follow the same steps above

  • Once your original item is received and approved, we will ship the replacement

  • Additional shipping costs may apply depending on your location

6. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Customer Responsibility:
    Returns made due to personal reasons (wrong size, color change, no longer needed)

  • Fittales Responsibility:
    Returns due to our mistake (wrong item, defective item, damaged on arrival)

We do not charge restocking fees.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Used, washed, or damaged products
