Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses in United States, Australia and EU countries. 
(The EU countries list: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.)
※Delivery is not available to remote areas, such as European dependent islands, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.

Shipping Carrier

We currently offer USPS, UPS, FedEx, and GOFOR as our shipping carriers. The specific carrier used will depend on your location and the service availability in your area.

Shipping Rates
We have three logistics plans: $8.99 for orders between $0 and $48.99, free shipping for orders over $49, and $15.99 for expedited shipping.

Processing Time:
It is expected to take 2-4 working days to process your order, including quality check. We are constantly optimizing our processing for you.

Shipping Time:
The standard shipping time is subject to different shipping addresses.
US --- 5-7 business days;
EU --- 5-8 business days;
AU --- 5-8 business days;

The faster shipping time is subject to different shipping addresses.

US ---  2-4 business days;
EU ---  2-5 business days;
AU --- 2-5 business days;

Order Tracking
We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Follow your delivery in real-time on our tracking page.

Taxes
All product prices are tax-inclusive – no extra taxes will be added at checkout.

What if You Haven't Received Your Order?
If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please follow these steps:
Check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Verify the shipping address you provided at checkout to ensure it's correct.
If the tracking information shows your order was delivered but you haven't received it:
Check with family members, and neighbors to make sure someone else didn't accept the package.
If you still can't find your order, please contact our customer service at service@fittales.com. Be sure to provide your order number and tracking information and we'll help you check and resolve it as quickly as possible.
