Remote Area Exclusions: Please note that we are currently unable to ship to remote territories or dependent islands. This includes, but is not limited to:

United States: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.

European Dependent Islands and remote regions.

ORDER PROCESSING

Processing Time: Please allow 2-4 business days for our team to process, quality-check, and pack your order before it is dispatched.

ORDER TRACKING 

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status in real-time via our tracking page.

DUTIES & TAXES 

All product prices listed on our website are tax-inclusive. You will not be charged additional taxes at checkout. In the rare event that local customs authorities attempt to charge additional duties upon arrival, please contact our support team for assistance.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES 

If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please follow these steps before contacting support:

Verify Address: Ensure the shipping address in your confirmation email is correct.

Check Surroundings: Look around your mailbox, porch, or ask family members/neighbors if they accepted the package on your behalf.
